Analysis software

The core value of our Analyzer software is the inclusion of a full library of image quality evaluation metrics, from standard ones to advanced and  proprietary metrics. All measurements are processed on automatically detected regions of interest. Our software is designed to optimize and reduce operation time to insure high repeatability. It is modular and comes in several packages that cover many aspects of image quality evaluation:

Analyzer software

This software contains a comprehensive set of image quality measurement capabilities related to sensor, lens, and ISP evaluation.

AZ Video

Dedicated to video, this software features a video preview with dynamic visualization of measurements, as well temporal metrics.

DXOMARK  protocol automation

Camera manufacturers need to perform tests swiftly and efficiently.

Workflow manager

An API focused on image quality testing time and handling  the limited flexibility of software and equipment

Analysis software

Evaluates essential image quality metrics such as distortion, color fidelity, sharpness, and dynamic range, along with advanced parameters like Modulation Transfer Function and exposure timing.

Advanced Video evaluation

Auto exposure (AE) convergence, auto white balance (AWB) stability, color fidelity, temporal & spatial visual noise, distortion, texture and edge MTF and acutance, and more.

Stabilization

Photo and video stabilization, texture and edge acutance stability, zoom factor stability through time, and more.

HDR Autofocus, Motion and Timing

Measures key metrics such as sharpness, shooting time lag, exposure settings, visual noise, and motion blur, ensuring comprehensive performance assessment.

Flicker and Timing

Flicker measurements including frequencies, duty cycles, and phases, alongside key camera functions like exposure time, frame rate, and time lags.

HDR formats

HDR support with dedicated ICtCp metrics, assessing color consistency, contrast, texture, noise, dynamic range, and perceptual quality in one shot, including evaluations of texture loss, moiré, aliasing, color shift, and sharpness.

Stereovision

Baseline parameters, camera alignment (rotations and translations), focal length, principal point, and distortion curves using polynomial model coefficients.

Selfie Extension

Texture and edge acutance, various noise metrics (SNR, dynamic range, tonal range), color fidelity, white balance accuracy, and edge MTF at different shooting distances.

AZ Mate (incl. AI-based metrics)

Exposure, resolution, AI-based noise and detail preservation metrics on the DXOMARK chart, AI-based face detail preservation and exposure metrics on the realistic mannequins

All our results are available as Python dictionaries in Workflow Manager or in different formats such as Excel, HTML, and PDF in Analyzer graphical Interface or in AZV (JSON compatible files).
We have also developed metrics that fully comply with these standards: IEEE-CPIQ 1858, IEEE-P2020, ISO 12232, ISO 12233, ISO 14524, ISO 15739, ISO 15781, ISO 17321-1, ISO 17850, ISO 17957, ISO 19084, CIPA DC-11.
Our software is provided with many kinds of user interfaces to cover our customers’ needs. You can integrate and customize the metrics presented here into your own workflow. Analyzer can also help you develop your own measurements.
