A recent example is our portrait study conducted in Paris, Mumbai, and Shanghai, where we developed a “Satisfaction Index” to measure user satisfaction with photo renderings. By asking users directly which portraits they preferred, our experts used advanced statistical techniques to pinpoint satisfaction and dissatisfaction factors. The index, scored from 0 to 100, provides valuable insights onto user preferences in a consistent and comparable way.
