Analyzer introduces AZ Photo, this innovative graphical interface offers enhanced image and results visualization. It currently includes all new HDR measurements, and will shortly integrate all the software’s legacy measurements. This update will make interfaces more modern and access to these measurements easier.
Designed by image quality engineers for their peers, this interface offers a clear and intuitive representation of measurements, ensuring simple and efficient use.
This software includes native support for the most widespread formats used to represent HDR images. For images that include a GainMap, the user can with a simple option choose whether to test the base (SDR) image or the fully rendered (HDR) image.
To fully appreciate the image quality of HDR images, our Color measurement will now provide results in the ICtCp color space, in addition to the legacy L*a*b*. This color space is specifically designed to analyze HDR images with wide color gamut. The graphs for our white balance and color rendering maps are given in the I*T*P* auxiliary color space, which is hue-linear, perceptually uniform, and scaled in such way that distances on the plane are measured in JNDs.
