MISSION

To strengthen our growing presence in China, we are seeking a Social Media & PR Manager for the Chinese market. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between the brand and our Chinese audience. Reporting to the Web, Brand & Communications Director and collaborating closely with our technical teams, you will take the lead in managing our communications across Chinese social media platforms. Your role will be to develop and implement localized strategies that boost engagement, increase brand visibility, and strengthen DXOMARK’s presence on key Chinese platforms such as WeChat, Weibo, and others. You’ll collaborate closely with both agencies and internal teams to ensure our messaging is culturally relevant, strategically consistent, and effectively communicated.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


External partners management

  • Serve as the primary link between DXOMARK headquarter and local agencies partners in China
  • Oversee agencies performance, ensuring brand consistency and communication objectives
  • Lead the coordination of multi-agency campaigns

Social media strategy execution

  • Develop and implement strategic content plans for Weibo, WeChat and other local platforms
  • Support the creation of localized, culturally relevant content (copy, visuals and videos)
  • Daily monitor the evolving trends on social media platforms to adapt strategies in real time

PR & Media relations

  • Plan and execute PR campaigns targeting key Chinese media outlets
  • Secure media coverage in influential publications

Community growth and performance monitoring

  • Grow and engage our Chinese social media communities
  • Track and analyze performance metrics across all platforms
  • Provide regular reports with actionable insights

PROFILE


We are seeking a marketing and communications professional with a strong background in digital media to join our team and lead brand visibility efforts on Chinese social platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of China’s digital ecosystem and a proven ability to drive results through localized content, strategic partnerships, and cultural fluency.

    • Degree in Marketing, with a specialization in Communication
    • Native or bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English. French is a plus.
    • Excellent communication skills, both internal and external, with strong copywriting abilities in both Chinese and English.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience managing WeChat and Weibo for international brands
    • Demonstrated experience working with Chinese PR and social media agencies
    • Strong grasp of China’s digital landscape, user behaviors, and cultural nuances
    • Excellent project management skills and the ability to work across multicultural teams
    • Proficient in social media analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns
    • Strong curiosity for cutting-edge technologies
